Employers: How to recruit candidates from the Job Seekers Hotboard
Employers may contact the candidates listed in the Job Seekers Hotboard by using the email link in each individual's record.
If you seek assistance from TheDesert.com in your recruitment and search activities then please follow the procedure listed here.
If you see a candidate who appears to have the relevant work experience and skills that you are looking for, then please send an email from the link at the top of the candidates listing page. This will automatically list the candidates reference number and the kind of the job they are looking for in the subject line of the email generated. Please provide some or all of the following information about your vacancy so that we may quickly qualify the candidates interest in your vacancy:
- Job title
- Description of job
- Term of contract
- Salary (basic-commission or bonus and other benefits, you may indicate a range of salary scale i.e. minimum and a maximum)
- Will Visa/work permit or Iqama be provided by company
- Location of job
- Start date
- Exact name of company with vacancy
In all communications please ensure you state clearly the Reference Number of the individual. We will then communicate with you to make arrangements to provide detailed information about the individual, assist in further qualification of the individual concerned and arrange interview dates where required.
If you can not see suitable candidates listed on the Job Seekers Hot Board, then please send details of the type of employee/s you are seeking. We may be able to find a candidate from our extensive in-house database and contacts in the Middle East, as well as outside the region.
